These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Control, a software application and service provided by Control Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Control, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

Control is a digital software product (native app / progressive web app) designed to help users manage focus, productivity, and digital workflows. Control is provided on a subscription basis and may include a free trial period.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use software services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payments & Merchant of Record

All payments for Control are processed by Paddle.com. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf.

5. Pricing & Subscriptions

Subscription prices, billing cycles, and trial periods are displayed at the point of purchase. Prices may change in the future, but changes will not affect existing paid periods.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a minimum 14-day refund policy in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Refund requests are handled by Paddle.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access unauthorized areas, reverse engineer the software, or interfere with system integrity.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content related to Control are the intellectual property of Control Labs. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the service without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Control is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Control Labs shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Control if these Terms are violated.
